If you're not ready for a service plan, but still want quality service you can depend on, our non-contractual hourly rate is 250 RMB/hour.

Clients may prepay hours to receive the priority service that Preventative Maintenance Service clients enjoy.

Clients pre-paying more than 100 hours will only be charged a rate of 200 RMB/hour.

Emergency On-site Service

  EMS is urgent onsite service with a rapid response time and, if necessary, after hours work. Our IT professionals will arrive within 6 hours of your request, and remain on-site until the problem is resolved.

Pricing is as follows:

Business Hours    (Monday through Friday 9am – 7 pm)
       300 RMB / hour (1 hour minimum)

After Hours          (M-F 7pm – 9am, Saturdays and Sundays)          
       500 rmb / hour (1 hour minimum)
