We will custom design a service plan to fit the size of your company and the necessary response time your business demands. As a subscriber to any of our plans, you will receive priority service. Our technicians will always respond as quickly as possible, but you have our Priority Response guarantee that we will respond within the time detailed in your chosen plan.

Information System VIP

VIP care is complete care and maintenance of one or more computer systems of vital importance to your business. This service ensures that the VIP systems are well taken care of and completely managed.

We recommend this service for mission-critical systems. The systems included in the plan will receive the benefits of unlimited Preventative Maintenance Service and Emergency Service plans.


IT Manpower

IT manpower is temporarily outsourced IT professionals that will go to work onsite at your company on a weekly basis as the client requires for intensive or complex projects.

Pricing and details:       5000 RMB / week / IT Technician required

  • Time limited to 40 hours/week and no more than 10 hours per day.
  • Dress code, work hours, and project details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any commitment.
  • IT technicians will sign a confidentiality agreement with the client.
Preventative Maintenance Service
  Preventative Maintenance Service is a monthly, Bi-weekly, or Weekly check-up to keep the client’s systems working properly and free of unnecessary problems that will slow the system down or reduce productivity. These PMS visits will be scheduled with the client at a regular time to prevent undue interruption of the client’s workflow.

These service plans includes the following:
  • Data Back-up
  • Basic training on IT systems
  • Hardware, software and peripheral issue diagnosis.
  • Network connectivity maintenance
  • Anti-virus and malware scan, update, and repair
  • OS and software updating and maintenance
  • Software installation
  • Client IT profile and records
  • Server and network log analysis
  • Remote access maintenance

Weekly Service Plan:             2500 rmb / IT asset / annually

This plan includes a weekly scheduled visit to your business by our IT professionals to perform preventative maintenance on all IT assets covered by the plan.

Clients who subscribe to this plan will receive 1 free emergency visit per system per year, with a maximum of 12 free visits.

Bi-weekly Service Plan:          2100 rmb / IT asset / annually

This plan includes a bi-weekly scheduled visit to your business by our IT professionals to perform preventative maintenance on all IT assets covered by the plan.

Clients who subscribe to this plan will receive 1 free emergency visit per system per year, with a maximum of 12 free visits.

Monthly Service Plan:             1500 rmb / IT asset / annually

This plan includes a monthly scheduled visit to your business by our IT professionals to perform preventative maintenance on all IT assets covered by the plan.

Clients who subscribe to this plan will receive 1 free emergency visit for every 2 systems per year, with a maximum of 12 free visits.

*IT assets include:
  • Computer systems
  • Network Printers, Scanners
  • Servers, Networked Storage Devices, Back-up Devices
  • Routers, Switches, and Hardware Firewalls
*Local service areas include Chaoyang and Dongcheng
Extended service areas incur the following extra costs:
  • Additional 25% for other Eastern Districts within 4th Ring
  • Additional 50% for Western Districts within 4th Ring and Eastern Beijing out to 5th Ring, this includes Wangjing and Dashanzi
  • Additional 75% for businesses in Shunyi District outside 5th ring.
